Bottle opener ski core with a cap catcher. A playful burn and water color ski core perfect for hanging next to a bar or for a wall decoration. The ski core was locally sourced from a ski manufacturer, here in Denver. The core consists of bettelewood, aspen, and maple. The entire ski was hand drawn with pencil, then burned, painted, and cured with linseed oil and beeswax. This piece was my first go at a big project using ski cores.
