This one of a kind decorative snowboard core would be a perfect wall piece to hang over your fireplace at your vacation home in the mountains or a perfect addition to a powpow enthusiast’s home to show off to your friends all year long.

This piece took 110 hrs to plan, hand draw, burn, and cure from start to finish. The snowboard core was locally sourced from a local ski manufacturer, here in Denver. The wood is aspen and beetlewood that was gathered from Hotchkiss and Aspen Colorado. The wood was finished liberally with danish oil, which naturally enhances the beauty of the grain, and leaving a rich, warm color and satin sheen. This specific piece is only to be used as a display item.
